new client burst my bubble

August 14th, 2008 in Quite Contrary | Comments Off

This client found me on the Kansas State Historical Society professional researchers list. As there are a lot of people on that list, I asked him “why me?” thinking he wanted a certified genealogist, published author, etc. He said I was the first on the list to answer the phone!  There went my ego.
