Any recipes out there for chowchow in small quantities

We had a hard freeze last night and my three tomato vines bit the dust. Now I have about a gallon of tomatoes in various shades of green to almost red. Does anyone out there have a recipe for a small batch of chowchow or green tomato relish. The ones on the Internet make such large quantities.
